As a Certified Trauma Professional and researcher, I bridge the gap between brain science and real-world recovery. For 5 years, I’ve worked extensively with Veterans on PTSD and anxiety/depression. Using Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), I share skills to regulate emotions and tolerate distress, moving you from surviving toward a life of purpose.
