WJXT: 3 things to help you stick to your NY resolutions

We all make NY resolutions, but few of us stick to them. Well if you need extra motivation to stick to this, then this study may do that. In a population of half a million participants, they looked at NY resolutions relating to healthy behaviors, like reducing alcohol, exercising more, and eating healthy, and found that it led to 1/3 reduction in cancer risk.
